CAPABILITY 03 / 05
UI / UX Design
We design in systems: tokens, type scales, and motion grammars that survive the second year of a product, not just the launch screenshot.
THE POSITION
Interfaces age badly when design lives in mockups and dies in handoff. We design in the medium itself — tokens as code, components as the deliverable, motion specified as precisely as color. The site you’re reading is the method in production.
Taste without discipline is decoration; discipline without taste is bureaucracy. The work is holding both: a strong visual point of view, expressed through a system rigid enough that a team can build inside it without breaking it.

Where systems are drafted — variables mirror the code tokens 1:1
One source of truth compiled to CSS, iOS, and Android
Motion specified as code, not described in comments
The token system enforced at the utility level
Components documented in their living state
PHASE 01
Point of view
Before pixels: what should this product feel like, and what will it refuse to look like?
PHASE 02
Token system
Color, type, spacing, and motion decided once, encoded, and never re-argued.
PHASE 03
Signature moments
Each surface gets one memorable element; everything else stays disciplined.
PHASE 04
Build-side QA
Design review happens in the browser at four breakpoints — not in the mockup.
